Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thanks for choosing services at Symbels Consultancy. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our services. We outline the rules for cancellation acceptance by us upon your request.

  • We accept no questions asked cancellation for all of our services offered when the request for cancellation is submitted upto 24 hours of booking.
  • In case of express service requirement by the customer, the cancellation is not accepted post 1 hour of service request.
  • Cancellation on the ground of Money-Back Guarantee is acceptable only when the company is unable to fulfil the agreed upon terms of service delivery.


We at Symbels Consultancy, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best. Unfortunately, there might becases where you choose to opt out and that’s why outline our points of refunds here.

  • Any cancelled service is liable to be refunded in full to the original payment source or any other as may be specified by customer in written format and accepted by us,
  • The company is not liable to process the refund of resources purchased by the company on behalf of customer for fulfilling any project. However, the original resource purchased shall be handed over to the customer in used or unsed format as may be the case.
  • No refund is applicable once the order is fully processed and delivered.

  • Any subscription once purchased is non-refundable. Cancellation of subscription services will stop further billing from the next due date, services will continue to be live till the paid time period.


In case customer asks for refund at any other payment source, then the customer shall submit an application along with the required details for processing a refund. A cancelled check may be required by the company to verify the recipient’s bank account.

Refund in case of payment made via any mode at online payment gateway partner is liable to be refunded to the original source only. Refund to non original payment source is accepted only in the case of manual payments not involving any payment gateway partner.
