Refund cum Cancellation Policy

All our clients are very important to us, that’s why Symbels Enterprises Private Limited (“Company”), has created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the services purchased on our website (“Website”) or via agreement.

The terms “You,” “Your,” and “Yours” refer to the entity/ person/ organization using our Website. When this Policy mentions “we”, “us,”, and “our” it refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term “goods” refer to any product or item bought on our Website by You.

This Refund Policy is governed by our Terms of Service.

For any questions regarding this Refund Policy or any requests regarding the refunds and returns, please contact us by email, or other contacts provided below.

The case of refund varies from person to person and one needs to contact the company in person to get the details of refund for the services purchased from the company.

Any service ordered from the website are non-refundable except in some defined cases. Refund only applies to the case in which we have not booked the domain, hosted & put the basic design, within 72 hours of order being placed.

Refund also applies to the case in which client is unsatisfied from the service due to company fails to resolve any problem cited. However, cost of resources (such as domains, hosting, SSL certificate, any applicable third-party service or subscription) purchased by the company on the behalf of client specifically to be used for client’s project is non-refundable, provided the said resources handed over to client in case the refund is processed for the rest balance amount. Refund doesn’t apply in the case of delays due to clients’ ignorance or due to time taking modifications or customizations demanded by the client resulting in order getting delayed by more than 15 days. This 15 days deadline is not applicable to customised services due to unlimited possibilities of customization.

No refund is applicable once the order is fully processed and delivered.

Any subscription once purchased is non-refundable. Cancellation of subscription services will stop further billing from the next due date, services will continue to be live till the paid time period.

If applicable, refund will be processed only to the payment mode after receiving the following documents.

The following documents may be required to process the refund:

1. An application letter for refund

2. A cancelled check (in case payment is made through Direct Bank Transfer)

In any other case, refund is not applicable, and one needs to contact the company in order to check for further customised possibilities.
